Picis 2010 Customer Recognition Awards

What is the awards program?
The Picis Customer Recognition Awards Program recognizes customers who are using Picis technology to help create a high-performance hospital or health system. Embracing the theme of “The Power of Results,” this global awards program highlights the benefits organizations have gained as a result of using one or more Picis solutions in the emergency department, specialty clinics, perioperative or critical care areas. This includes solutions from LYNX Medical Systems, a Picis company.
Award nominations include a description of the situation you faced, what you implemented, how you overcame challenges and the quantitative and qualitative results you have achieved. This year, we will also be featuring a few new awards:
- ARRA HITECH Preparedness (for North American sites) – customer who demonstrates how they have achieved meaningful results from information technology, helping them prepare for national funding.
- Patient Care Results - customer who demonstrates how they have made things easier or better for patients.
- High-performance ED – customer who helps their hospital realize the full potential of the ED by utilizing one or several critical elements of a high-performance (EDIS): advanced decision support, interoperability with the hospital, integrated charge capture and documentation, visibility into how hospital resources impact the ED.
- Financial and Compliance Excellence - customer who demonstrates how they have made things easier or better for patients with our revenue management solutions.
- Others awards may feature a client’s interoperability results, innovation, etc.
These influential awards help generate positive exposure for both you and your institution throughout the healthcare industry community. Winners will be announced at an awards dinner on Monday, June 14, 2010 at the Picis Exchange Global Customer Conference in Florida and will be featured in a news release, marketing materials and online.
Who should enter?
All customers who are using ”live” versions of Picis CareSuite® solutions including ED PulseCheck™, OR Manager, Anesthesia Manager, Critical Care Manager, Quality Manager, SmarTrack, Preop Manager, Extelligence®, PACU Manager, Picis Perioperative Dashboard and LYNX™ revenue management solutions.
Judging:
- Winners will be chosen by Picis and will be based on merit, innovative usage of Picis technology and operational, clinical and financial results accomplished.
Winners will receive:
- A free training course of your choice for one attendee at Picis headquarters. This does not include travel and expense costs, and is to be used within 12 months of the award
- Three waived registration fees for Picis Results Talk Workshops or one waived registration fee for Picis Exchange Global Customer Conference
- A Customer Recognition award for each winning hospital and Customer Recognition award certificates for the team members involved in the winning award submission
- A department lunch for the team involved in the winning application
- A promotional story and press release to include in your hospital newsletter, website or share with hospital board, We can also distribute yours news, photos and video via social media networks such as Twitter, Flickr, Facebook and YouTube
- Pictures taken during the award ceremony at Picis Exchange
