Alegent Health System, the largest not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system in Nebraska and southwestern Iowa, recently hosted Dr. David Blumenthal, National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, to demonstrate their use of innovative medical technologies including Picis ED PulseCheck™, A Picis customer since 2004, Alegent Health uses ED PulseCheck in five acute care hospitals to automate nursing and physician documentation, and risk management, while sustaining the healthcare system’s top quality scores and promoting excellence in Core Measures compliance
