You may have noticed the "User login" button on our navigation bar. It leads to one of Picis' most powerful tools: a large, password-protected web site full of useful information, tools and files for Picis clients.

Who can access Picis user community?

Picis user community site is designed mainly for people that work with Picis products, as well as Picis partners and technical analysts. If you think you should have access to Picis Support site and do not have a user name and password, please register.

Help Desk System

Any Picis client with the proper certification can access our Customer Services Help Desk via the web. Help Desk is the tool we have designed to help organize, manage and solve technical problems. Users can enter problem/issue(s), search for a solution, or submit the problem to our Client Support department.

 

The following are just some of the contents that Picis clients have access to:

Documentation - such as hardware specifications, installation guides
Troubleshoot - including our advanced Help Desk system
Software - Service packs, device drivers and other software-related files
Education - includes schedules for classroom and web-based courses, and user group meetings
