Emergency Support During Off Hours
Picis provides clients with emergency support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Emergency support covers all vital software malfunctions. During off hours, an experienced support technican will be on call to handle your emergency. The Emergency Support Service will not cover questions related to the use of products or report writing questions. Your support representative will address these questions during normal business hours.
